Each edge of the screen will represent 15 seconds.
Top left corner is 0 seconds, top right is 15, bottom right is 30, and bottom left is 45 seconds.
This also means that each second adds more length on the top/bottom vs left/right sides on traditional wide-screens.

Count Up or Count Down

By default, times that are "positive" e.g. "10 past 4" will have the seconds counting up, while "5 to noon" would show the seconds couting down. For a more traditional clock feel, set this to "Count Up Only".
